Fashion Art by Manuel Fernandez was born in 1998 with the desire to offer to the most outstanding artists of the international pictorial panorama, a new and exceptional support where to express their work: a dress-canvas. Each artist acts by intervening on a different dress, in white, where he/she expresses his/her work and, consequently, creates a unique work.

The name Oceania comes from the Greek okeanos, which means “ocean”. It was so named at the beginning of the 19th century because it is a continent made up of thousands of islands distributed throughout the Pacific Ocean. This name reflects the importance of the ocean to this continent both in terms of its location and its culture and economy.
